Experienced Dedham Real Estate Lawyer
After working for two years at a general practice law firm, I formed the law firm of Alan J. Pransky, Attorney at Law, in 1980. For the last twenty-seven years, I have represented clients with honesty and integrity in many areas of the law including:
- Civil and criminal cases
I offer my clients a realistic assessment of their situation. Every divorce or real estate transaction is unique because of the different needs of those involved. Helping clients recognize those needs and set goals for the representation is necessary. I look at each case on an individual basis and give personalized representation based on the client's goals.
I believe it is important to provide clients with excellent customer service. Client participation is an important part of any legal representation. They should take an active role in their representation, working with their lawyer to achieve a successful resolution. I promptly respond to all inquiries, keeping clients informed and involved. For answers to your questions, contact my Dedham law offices today.
I am an active member of the Dedham and greater Massachusetts legal communities. I am a member of the Massachusetts State Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. I am admitted to practice before the United State Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. I am also an adjunct professor at Newbury College, teaching courses in criminal justice.
